POW: Propaganda of War

Propaganda of War
October 11 - November 2, 2003

A multimedia group exhibition exploring propaganda as it relates to conflict and war

The show features artists from across the United States, as well as from the Washington D.C. area, and includes paintings, photography, glass, mixed media, ceramics, digital works, writings, and performances.

UPDATE: The show has become a magnet for the anti-war movement. It will serve as a meeting place the night before the October 25th protest as well as a venue for a Code Pink gathering. The opening reception was successful with several pieces being sold and planning for the closing party is underway.
